A charismatic, hands-on, consultant and interim manager with a record of delivering complex business transformation in challenging, highly political settings. Chris' clients range across sectors from FTSE 100 to Public Sector organisations including; housing (social and private), pharmaceuticals, software and infrastructure. While working for a top tier transformation consultancy Chris designed and delivered major change programmes including operating model design and implementation for global organisations.

Anthony is an experienced management consultant with a background in technology. He has worked with business leaders across the public and private sectors to deliver technology-enabled business change for over 30 years.  Anthony joined Rannoch to help businesses successfully adopt new technologies to drive growth and innovation. He is also building Rannoch's delivery capability, using automation, tools and advanced technologies to transform the way we deliver value to clients. Anthony has an MA from Oriel College, Oxford, and a PgDip in Technical Communication from Sheffield-Hallam University.

Javier is a seasoned transformation consultant who specialises in using data and AI to shape business strategies and drive lasting change. He has over 15 years of experience helping ambitious leaders solve complex growth and profitability challenges across a range of industries. Javier’s dynamic and pragmatic approach to business transformation is underpinned by his expertise in data strategy, business model innovation and operating model design. His industry expertise spans across Financial Services, Sustainability and energy transition, Private equity, Technology, Automotive, Pharmaceuticals, and B2B services, among others. Javier holds an MBA from Cambridge University and has worked at Accenture, KPMG Boxwood, Arca Blanca and Artefact.

Sarah is a business change expert who works with large clients and public sector bodies.

Marco is a strategic advisor, investor and business angel. He is particularly interested in innovation, transformation and the best use of data science to bring pragmatic financial outcomes to fruition. He has a proven track of record in founding, growing and exiting leading innovative companies. Typically operating as a board-level advisor, but equally as comfortable in operational settings and with over 20 years of consulting experience across 20 countries and a variety of industries, Marco is expertly placed to advise, influence, design and deliver solutions to secure both the rational and emotional aspects of new business model generation, new operating model design and delivery and wider business transformation.
